What is the Get Your PHX Method?
Let’s get down to the nitty gritty: I’m not only a real estate agent. I’m also a former state legislator. I’ve been working in public campaigns since 1992 and I’ve been running political campaigns in Arizona since 2000.
You won’t hear that from your typical agent. After all, in the eyes of some folks, real estate agents and politicians are only slightly less trustworthy than used car salesmen.
But, here’s the difference. First, I sincerely love Phoenix and I fight every day to make it better. Second, I truly enjoy helping people make smart real estate decisions. I’m not your typical real estate agent. I have a passion for truly LIVING where I live. That is why I host the Get Your PHX events. That is why I promote local businesses, sustainable living and historic preservation.
The Get Your PHX Method is how I apply my deep knowledge of neighborhoods, my broad connections with people and my extensive professional experience in Phoenix to help you buy or sell a home.
Home sales and purchases are about goals, strategy and tactics. I apply these methodically.
If you are a buyer, I will use my knowledge of neighborhoods, historic renovation, energy efficiency and market trends to help you find the right home. Since 2001, I’ve personally walked door to door to over 5,000 homes in Phoenix. I know the neighborhood leaders and the word on the street about market trends.
If you are selling a home, I will treat your home sale like a political campaign: we will clarify the message (why is your home special?), target your audience (who is most likely to buy your home) and speak to those buyers repeatedly many different ways.
