I am seeing multiple offers for my sellers within days of a listing, almost all above asking price. The only buyers who still offer below asking price right now are not up with the times!
So, not only are the short sales and foreclosed homes going away, but the entire inventory is shrinking. Further, don’t believe conspiracy theories that the banks are sitting on a stock of homes that they are going to flood the market with. Its simply not true.
